This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed on SKYDO (https://skydo.in). By using our platform, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to services provided directly by SKYDO, including:

  • Digital service listings
  • Event listings
  • Vendor product listing services

Note: SKYDO does not sell physical products directly. Physical products listed on the platform are sold by independent vendors. Any refund for physical goods must be handled by the respective vendor.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • SKYDO-provided services (like vendor subscriptions, listings) are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued only upon verified requests and approval.
  • The amount refunded may exclude gateway charges or administrative fees.

3. Vendor Refund Responsibility

  • Vendors are solely responsible for processing refunds related to their products or services.
  • SKYDO strongly recommends that vendors provide a minimum 30-day refund window to all customers.
  • Refund reasons and eligibility must be clearly defined by the vendor and are listed on the Refund Request page on our platform.

4. Refund Process & Method

  • For SKYDO services: Refunds are credited via the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, UPI) only.
  • For vendor services: If vendors notify SKYDO of an approved refund, we will process the refund via Razorpay or the original payment method.
  • If vendors process refunds independently (e.g., cash, wallet, direct bank), SKYDO holds no responsibility for tracking or enforcing these refunds.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Visit the [Refund Request Page] on the website.
  2. Submit details including order ID, reason, and proof (if applicable).
  3. Our team or the vendor will verify and respond within 3–7 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If a service/listing has been fully delivered and used.
  • For violations of platform policy resulting in account or listing suspension.
  • Refunds not initiated within the specified eligibility period.
