This Listing Policy defines the terms, guidelines, and restrictions for all vendors who publish listings or advertisements on SKYDO (https://skydo.in). This applies to product listings, service/event listings, and ad campaigns/promoted listings.
1. Types of Listings Allowed
SKYDO allows the following listing types:
✅ Standard Listings:
- Product Listings: Physical products sold by vendors (SKYDO does not handle delivery).
- Service Listings: Digital or physical services like repair, consultancy, rentals, etc.
- Event Listings: Online or offline events (seminars, shows, workshops, etc.)
🔷 Ad Listings / Sponsored Campaigns:
- Vendors can create paid promotional listings or ad campaigns to feature their products/services/events on premium spots across SKYDO.
- Ads may appear on homepage sliders, category highlights, featured sections, or search results based on the plan.
2. Listing Approval Process
- Standard Listings: Published instantly but manually reviewed within 24 hours.
- Ad Listings / Campaigns: Require manual approval before promotion begins.
- SKYDO may reject or remove listings that violate platform rules or legal guidelines.
3. Listing Content Guidelines
All listings (free or paid) must:
- Be truthful, original, and clear
- Avoid false pricing, deceptive titles, or illegal content
- Not include any external phone numbers, emails, or website links that bypass SKYDO
- Use high-quality images and clear category selection
Strictly prohibited content includes:
- Adult/obscene or hate content
- Unlicensed health/medical services
- Drugs, weapons, fake documents
- Investment scams or chain marketing
4. Listing Duration & Visibility
- Standard Listings duration depends on the vendor’s subscription package.
- Ad Listings / Campaigns run for a defined time period as per the selected ad plan.
- SKYDO may rotate, highlight, or position listings based on traffic, plan, and performance.
5. Listing Modifications & Removal
- Vendors can edit listings anytime via the dashboard.
- SKYDO reserves the right to modify or remove listings that are outdated, fake, or violate terms.
- Repeated policy violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
6. Pricing & Payment for Ad Campaigns
- Vendors can purchase Listing Ad Plans through the vendor panel.
- Charges are based on ad slot (home page, category page, etc.), duration, and impressions.
- Payments must be made through SKYDO’s Razorpay gateway.
- No refunds once an ad campaign goes live unless rejected by SKYDO before display.
7. Legal & Platform Compliance
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all listed content complies with Indian law.
- SKYDO does not take ownership of any listing but reserves rights to remove listings violating legal or community standards.
8. Customer Communication & Responsibility
- Vendors must respond to customer inquiries promptly (ideally within 2 business days).
- Vendors are responsible for fulfilling product/service delivery and handling disputes or refunds as per their listed policies.
