  • SKYDO does not deliver physical products directly. All physical products listed are sold and shipped by independent vendors.
  • Vendors are fully responsible for the shipping, handling, and delivery of their listed items.

2. Digital Services & Listing Delivery

  • Digital service listings and event listings are instantly activated upon successful payment.
  • SKYDO team manually verifies all listings and events. If content violates our platform policies, it may be removed within 24 hours without prior notice.
  • Product listing subscriptions are manually approved after vendor verification.

3. Vendor Shipping Terms

  • Vendors must manage and fulfill delivery for physical product orders.
  • Our platform provides a Shipping & Delivery Details Update page, allowing vendors to:
    • Enter courier details
    • Update order status
    • Share tracking numbers with customers
  • Vendors may use any courier service of their choice.

4. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Vendors are advised to process and ship products or services within 2–3 business days.
  • Final delivery timelines depend on the courier company, service area, and real-time logistics conditions.
  • SKYDO is not responsible for courier delays, delivery failures, or damaged parcels.

5. Customer Expectations

  • Customers will receive courier and delivery updates via the platform once entered by the vendor.
  • Customers are encouraged to follow up directly with the courier service using the tracking number provided.

6. SKYDO Platform Limitations

  • SKYDO does not handle, ship, or store any physical products.
  • SKYDO does not control delivery partners or third-party logistics.
  • SKYDO is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or lost items handled by vendors or couriers.
