• “Vendor” refers to a registered user who lists services, products, or events on the Platform.

• “Customer” means a user who books or purchases any service, product, or event through the Platform.

2. User Account

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of the Platform.

3. Platform Usage

• The Platform may only be used for lawful and permitted purposes.

• Users must not upload or share false, misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content.

• SKYDO reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Listings and Bookings

• All listings are subject to review and approval. SKYDO may decline or remove any listing without prior notice.

• Vendors are fully and solely responsible for fulfilling the services, products, or events they offer.

• SKYDO is not responsible for vendor performance, cancellations, delays, or any disputes between vendors and customers.

5. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through the Platform’s integrated payment gateway.

• SKYDO may charge a commission, platform fee, or listing fee where applicable.

• Applicable fees are determined according to the Listing Policy Package and Product Sale Subscription Package pages.

• Refunds will be issued according to our official Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, graphics, content, and other materials on the Platform are the property of SKYDO or its licensors.

• No user may copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any materials without prior written permission.

7. Termination

• SKYDO may suspend or terminate user access for any violation of these Terms.

• Users may deactivate their accounts at any time via dashboard settings or by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SKYDO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

• The Platform is provided “as is,” and SKYDO does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

9. Changes to Terms

• SKYDO may update or revise these Terms at any time.

• Updates will be published with a revised Effective Date.

• Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Erode, Tamil Nadu.
